We had a company Holiday party here and it was awesome! From the very start, Gabby and her team were so helpful and guided us through everything. The evening was a huge success. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious and the music and decor made the evening even better. Everyone enjoyed themselves the entire evening. An Incredible Event
While planning our company’s 2019 National Sales Meeting, my boss asked me where we should hold our banquet. I quickly responded we should hold the banquet at the Club Arcada, followed by a concert in the Theatre. Working with Gabrielle, we had our national sales staff in the Club for dinner (you sliced the prime rib for everyone), followed by a concert by Voyager and Kashmir. Our employees are still saying how incredible that event was.

Best Venue for a Party!!

Cheryl and I are reflecting on the most amazing evening at Club ARCADA. Words cannot express the feedback we are hearing from many of our guests. But one reply stands out "a magical evening." That it definitely was. Please pass our heartfelt gratitude to all your staff, for a unforgettable evening. And to you, thank you for making this evening come true.

First, I cannot thank you enough for your consideration and support in providing the perfect venue (thanks, Gabby!) and incredible experience for this event. We learned this was one of the worst times to have a big turnout by competing with dances, graduations, vacations, and weddings as well as some truly sad family issues people shared with us. And yet, everyone there that night has said exactly what we wanted to hear. It was great just getting out of the house, being in this beautiful setting, having great food…and outstanding service. Of course, they were gracious in saying they enjoyed being a part of this unique event…and excited about the book, but I really think they came for the food! Jessica and Henry were upbeat and friendly as well as extremely polished. It was good to keep it open to the public because we had people coming in throughout the evening, buying books, and talking to Shawn…including some as we were packing up. The outreach we had after that night…and from many others who heard about the energy of the event has been incredible. Plus, as I anticipated, there were people asking about the venue. And then, there was Mary Therese who really made our vision happen that night. While we only connected a week prior to the big night, she jumped in, was able to finalize details, captured all of the logistics, worked out some challenges (like how we’d handle food), and helped make this book launch the success it was. I would love to send a note to Ron Onesti as well because he has one incredible team. With the visibility of this event...and the new book itself, we’re actively talking to other organizations about Shawn being a featured speaker for some larger opportunities this year – possibly in the St. Charles area for one. In fact, someone even mentioned the Arcada…but needs a bigger room, and (Gabby…you’ll like this) they have a budget! It’s possible that we might not all be able to collaborate on an event at the Arcada in the short term, but you all have gained two more dedicated fans long term. Planning a wedding can be somewhat stressful, however, everyone at Club Arcada made the process easy. From meetings and timely emails and phone calls, Gabrielle, Kristina and Mary Therese were there every step of the way. Mary Therese was a rock star on our special day. She helped the event run smooth. Ron Onesti was the perfect officiant. Everyone enjoyed the ceremony and his quick wit! We received so many compliments on the venue, food, service and band. Club Arcada and Jonny Lyons and the Pride have many new fans! Riley and all your servers, bartenders and production staff were fantastic! They helped make the event special and run smooth. Johnny Maggio was also super helpful and even took pictures with us! Your staff is amazing! I can't say enough about your venue. Everyone that we have talked to said it was one of the best weddings that they have ever attended. It was fun and different from a traditional wedding venue.
